Two ways to get back in:

Option 1 — use a signed-in device
If any of your devices or browsers is still signed in, open Settings → Change password to set a new one.

Option 2 — contact the administrator
Send an email from your registered email address to request a reset: Email the administrator (vialync@outlook.com)
